- Orders are dispatched upon cleared payment either by courier or Royal Mail using the service selected at checkout. Orders are normally sent out same day if ordered before 2pm (GMT) weekdays (Mon-Fri) orders placed after 2pm Friday will be sent the following Monday. Please allow 1-2 days for 1st Class or 3-4 days for 2nd/Free.

- Returns & Replacements
- Damaged or incorrect items must be returned no later than 14 days of receipt. You must notify us via email sales@thestickystuffcompany.co.uk expressing your wish to refund or replace.

Returned items must not have been used and must be in a clean, resalable condition.

You are reponsible for ensuring the items reach us and are liable for any return postage costs. International customers are responsible for any taxes incurred. We would recommend you use a trackable postal service. Initial postage costs are non refundable.
